Akron Beacon Journal - Mar 26 7:30 AM Crystal Hancher, 34, homeless, was charged March 6 with possession of drug paraphernalia and attempted drug abuse. Police said they approached her for allegedly soliciting sex for money at South Arlington and Johnston streets and a crack pipe fell out of her pocket. Police said they also found a bottle of Viagra she was accused of abusing.

Akron Beacon Journal - Mar 19 8:11 AM Johnny Lusane, 50, of Carpenter Street was charged March 9 with domestic violence. Reports said Lusane punched his son in the eye twice, breaking his glasses. The son, 18, said the men were quarreling and his mother told the son to go to the basement to calm down.

Akron Beacon Journal - Mar 12 3:39 PM Lloyd Carter, 31, of Summit Lake Boulevard was charged March 2 with domestic violence. Carter threatened to kill his mother and everyone else in her Peerless Avenue home, police said.

Hocker began to punch his West Waterloo Road girlfriend's windshield, causing it to crack. The girlfriend, 29, said he also made threats to shoot her, as well as her car. When police arrived, Hocker ran away from officers, leading police on a short foot chase
